Holiday Apartments Split offer various accommodation units - from economy apartmnets with patio to the penthouse style apartments with large terraces and beautiful sea view. Situated 150 meters above seafront , you can choose whether you will spend your day on one of the pebble or one of the sand beaches close by. Our private parking area with gated parking places can accommodate up to two cars per unit and provide you with peace of mind during your stay in Split.
Guesthouse Holiday Apartments Split is run by Kaliterna family and each member is giving their part in making our guests stay as pleasant as if they are back home. Ivo and Vera live at the property , so they are always close by if the guests need additional information, some recommendation or just a taxi call.
Zenta neighborhood is like one of those neighborhoods that every city has and everybody wants to live in. It has easy access to main roads and public services, it is close to the best beaches in town, has several very good to great restaurants , tennis courts , marina ,clubs , beach bars, 6 km of coastline for cycling or jogging and it is still close to the Old Town. If there was one place in the neighborhood I could point out , it would be sand beach Firule. It can be part of very pleasant daily routine with an early morning swim while the sea is still crystal clear and calm, with few people around. Following coffee in the coffee-restaurant Renato set above the marina with great view of the islands. And in later hours lunch at restaurant Nevera that offers excellent meat and fish and dishes.
