Apartment is part of a 105 years old family stone house and it is furnished in traditional wood and stone mediterranean style. We wanted to create a space where you can enjoy and relax. You will feel the true spirit of the Mediterranean. This apartment is ideal for couples or friends who are ready to explore the Dalmatian cultural style. You are only 5 minutes walking distance from city centre, UNESCO-protected Diocletian palace, green market, ferry and bus station and near all the city attractions and sights. Beach Bačvice which is awarded with blue fag is also 5 minutes away. Apartment is luxury equipped with free wi-fi, cable tv, air-conditioning, walk in/rain drop shower indoor fireplace and basic essentials such as towels, soap, sheets, dryer. Free parking available (reservation needed).

Hy, my name is Toni. I'm 32 years old and I lived in Split my whole life. I love to travel, meet new people and discover new places, things, music... My family and I built this apartment in our 105 years old stone house and created a space where you can enjoy and relax during your vacation. Neighborhood Lučac is very near to city center, in less then 5 minutes walking distance is Diocletian palace, Old town, Green market, Bus and train station, many good local restaurants and Riva with many cafe's, suvenir shops... Neighborhood Lučac is quiet and peaceful although your are only 5 minutes from the city center. Supermarket is just across the street, pharmacy and bakery are located 100 m from the apartment. Once you park in our private parking you do not need a car to go to the beach or city center, both are located only 5 minutes walking distance. Split is an important transport center for Dalmatia and the wider region. The city also has a series of expressways and avenues, enabling efficient, fast transit by car around the city and its suburbs. The most important mean of transport in Split is bus. Split is also the southernmost integrated point of the Croatian Railway network. The Split Airport in Kaštela is the second largest in Croatia in terms of passenger numbers (1.581.734 in 2013), with year-round services to Zagreb, Rome, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and the Cologne Bonn Airport in Germany, as well as heavy tourist traffic in the summer.
