By the Mill takes its name from the historical building located on the same property Old Mill, which is a 129-year-old historical monument that was once a windmill. You can enjoy the view on the Old Mill from one of the outside terraces at your disposal.
Located on top of the peninsula in the heart of Rogoznica, By the Mill is surrounded by pine woods and offers complete silence, immersion in nature, and a beautiful sea view.
If you're looking for an escape from everyday life, By the Mill is the right place for you.
By the Mill is newly furnished and fully equipped, and it has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Two spacious outside terraces are perfect for eating delicious meals, drinking a glass of wine, or reading a good book in peace and tranquility while enjoying the view.
The guests have an outside shower and grill at their disposal.
Guests need to pay a 100 Euro damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit needs to be paid in cash, and it will be reimbursed at check-out if there is no damage to the property.
Guests need to pay for the car parking (up to 7 days- 27 Euros, 10 days- 40 Euros, 14 days-54 Euros) if they're coming with the car.
We are a family that loves art, nature, and animals. We are very friendly, and we like to entertain our guests.
By the Mill's location is ideal because it takes five minutes to get to the beach or the center where you can enjoy numerous attractions Rogoznica offers, such as restaurants, shops, bars, fish and green market, The Dragon's Eye Lake, lavender labyrinth, aquarium, discotheque, pool bar, water sports, rent a boat, visit the nearby Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, National Park Kornati, or go for a ride on one of the bike routes.
