Located in the heart of the medieval town Labin, surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view of the Kvarner Bay. Spend your holiday in this ultra-stylish house where you'll have all the privacy you need.
This newly renovated house is suitable for 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms each accompanied by a bathroom, an indoor fireplace, a stylish kitchen, and spacious living room. Out of the 2 outdoor terraces, one has a big dining table and 3 deck chairs with a sea view.
Medieval quartier in the pedestrian zone. Ancient streets with rich heritage are surrounding the house. Around the house, within walking distance, you can find restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, a wine shop, and a church.
A few kilometers in all directions you can enjoy the local beaches. The nearest beaches are in Rabac, 5 km from the house.
