Situated next to the sea, just above the seaside promenade in Lovran's centre, Hotel Excelsior - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor and indoor swimming pools with heated sea water and a sauna. Renovated villas dating back to the Austro-Hungarian monarchy can be found nearby. The town of Opatija is 5 km away and can be reached via a lively seaside promenade. Rijeka Airport is 50 km from the property, while the Pula Airport is 85 km away.
