Our apartment "Rosmarin TOP Floor" offers incredible 180m² + 80 m² terrasse with a breathtaking 180° view on the sea. As it has 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms it is perfect if you decide to spend your holiday together with friends or family. Apartment "Rosmarin GROUND Floor" offers 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. You have an open living room + terrasse with a great view on the sea and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic ice cube maker, dish washer and a large fridge.
We ourselves were at the first time impressed by the great view over the whole bay and the exciting encounters of large luxury yachts, small fishing boats, kite- and windsurfers, who meet in a kind of silent agreement on the open sea behind. It was something special to see how the apartments were built. Each of our apartments is connencted to a special organic purification plant. For the construction of our buildings we used mainly regional building materials. So the "egological footprint" of the apartments was kept as small as possible - a project which is without equal!
HC Immo offers a private beach - 2 minutes from the apartments. There you also have the possibility to make a BBQ which is really great especially with fresh fish directly from the market. You can also relax at the pool. If you are interested in sports you can play tennis on our modern tennis court, go snorkeling, windsurfing, mountainbiking or stand - up - paddeling. Korcula old town, which is 5 minutes by car, offers lots of restaurants with a great view over the sea, small shops and culture. You have the possibility to visit different winerys in the surroundings.
