The house has a common yard with another house which is the first row to the sea, with apartments for rent belonging to the same lender. Two parking spaces are available for private vehicles. A picturesque place Rogoznica on the Adriatic coast is the perfect base for your vacation. You'll find peace in this small Dalmatian town and be close to bigger cities (Trogir, Split, Šibenik, etc.) if you want city crowd. If you decide to stay in Rogoznica, you will certainly not be bored. We suggest visiting a beautiful natural phenomenon – the salt lake Zmajevo oko, which sometimes changes color, and according to legend, a dragon sleeps in it. The mystical Punta Planka will intrigue all history lovers because this cape is the site of many shipwrecks in the Adriatic sea. Exploring the beaches of Šepurina, Milina, Račica and many hidden coves would be interesting to do on a bike.
