Novi, moderan apartman 30m2 s balkonom nalazi se u novoj zgradi Cesarica koji se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini šoping centra Mall of Split. Udaljen je 1,5 km od gradske plaže Žnjan. Autobusna stanica se nalazi 150 m od apartmana i sa koje idu besplatni autobusi do centra grada. Apartman je potpuno opremljen, ima besplatan WIFI (brzina interneta je od 150 do 200 Mbit/s) i besplatno parkirno mjesto ispred zgrade koja ima video nadzor.
Apartman se sastoji od kompletno opremljene kuhinje (pećnica, ploča za kuhanje, kuhalo za vodu, mikrovalna pećnica, perilica suđa), ugodnog dnevnog boravka HD TV (kablovska televizija).
