A house Milka with two apartments is located 15 meters from the sea in the first row of the seaside. Whenever is there a wish to swim in the completely clear sea, all is needed to walk with stuffs to the beach in front of the house. The house is situated in a very quiet area which is away from traffic noise and any other. The property can provide a deep rest with various contents on the sea: swimming, diving, walking, angling, sunbathing etc. The house view is right on the sea, with a view of the Island Pag as well as a behind view of the mountain Velebit. The house is well equipped. On the terrace of the appartments there is an outdoor shower. Apartment on the ground floor has outdoor kitchen. The beach and the area beside the sea often act as our house backyard. We often leave our things there: towels, maskas, etc. :) We wish you a welcoming and a pleasant stay.

At the distance of 1 km from the house in different directions there are three restaurants. 200 meters from the house is a market where you can get fresh groceries. 4.3 km from the house is the city Karlobag where it is possible to experience the atmosphere and events of a small seaside town with long history. There are also shops, pharmacy, medical assistance etc. If there is a wish to visit National park Paklenica, the distance by car is 50 min driving, and National park Plitvice lakes (driving is aprox. 1h and 45 min by car), or a bigger city like Zadar (1 h and 30 min by car), they are not to far away.
