Old Town Luxury House is a luxurious, designer and spacious apartment, in the Split city center. The building in which the apartment is situated was built in 1450 and is a typical example of stone craft building architecture, founded in the idea of functionality and clear lines. While staying at our house you will have a unique experience of high end modern apartment in a historical mid 14th century building. It will be your perfect choice for staying in Split. You are only a 1-15 minutes walk away from the Old town, Diocletian´s palace and best city beaches.
The apartment is located in the city center, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a 1-15 minute walk to the Split West coast and main city promenade Riva as well as the Diocletian's Palace. The Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments and Meštrović Gallery are located just 15-20 minutes walk away, while the Split City Museum and St. Duje Cathedral are situated in Diocletian's Palace are 3 min walking distance.
