Oltremare is a place for you to relax, reset and enjoy some summer vibes. Set on the spot where the urban area meets the woods, on a stepped terrain offering views towards the bay of Rabac, Oltremare is a perfect place for you to come alone, with a friend or partner, or with your family. The property consist of 3 apartments, with the capacity of 2, 4 and 6 guests, with panoramic windows, sea views and comfortable private terraces. Beautifully appointed in contemporary style with open plan design they were meant to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a shared 10 m long swimming pool , outdoor areas and greenery, all facing the sea. Each apartment comes with a designated sunbathing area with complimentary sun-lounges. Within easy reach is the supermarket, town center and the famous pebbles beaches of Rabac as well as many walking paths perfect for your hiking, jogging or bike excursions. Private parking on site is free of charge.

We are Robert and Robert. Coming from Istria-Croatia, a beautiful region of the Adriatic coast. We love to travel and in the past 15 years we visited more than 50 countries all over the world. Our professions of architect in hospitality industry and tourist operator led us to open a new chapter in our life. Becoming a host in a property that we designed and build represents a life project for us. Our aim is to share our vision of a summer holiday home in Rabac, the astonishing place we live in, where our guests will be creating their own beautiful memories as we did traveling around.

Rabac, a small town, on the east coast of Istria, gets quite busy during the summer. Rabac  has lots of little bars and cafes, as well as restaurants. Rabac is a typical touristy village, perfect for families with small children and senior citizens. If you are looking for nice beaches and crystal clear sea, swimming and sunbathing and other fun under the sun, evening promenades, ice cream and boat excursions, Rabac should be fine choice for your holidays in Istria. This resort town is set below high rising mountain, and its shingle beaches are perhaps the nicest in all Istria.
