Homey vibe. Nice cozy rooms with private bathrooms. Fully equipped with everything you need (free Wifi, AC, TV, towels, toiletries..) close to the beach, transport and city center. Ground floor is completely renovated. Some rooms on the upper floor have balconies, but others are free to use big terrace on the ground floor next to the garden for hanging out, breakfast or relaxing. Every room is different, the prices are different, please take a look at the photos to be sure which room you booked. Please note - Kitchen is only available if guest books a one-bedroom apartment (there is only one apartment in the house on the ground floor, the rest are rooms with batrooms!) There is no actual kitchen for guests that have booked rooms, only available kettle/watercooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer on every floor and in (common area), guests can also use the dishes we leave for them (plates, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, cups etc...)

Supetar is a beautiful town on the island of Brac. It is very close and connected to everything you need. There’s also a smaller airport on the island. Transportation is very easy. Ferries to Split are available every 50mins. House is right next to the sports center, tennis courts, beach, water sports and activities, city center, restaurants, cafes, markets, shopping center, pharmacy etc. The beaches are amazing with crystal clear sea and you should definitely visit couple of places nearby, explore the nature and relax. There are many great restaurants with local food you have to try. I can always recommend and advise you where to go depending on your preferences. First you have to take a ferry from Split to Supetar (it takes about 45-50mins). After you arrive, if you’re with your car you can get here in 5-7mins - just drive straight to the first roundabout, then turn right and just follow the main road for couple of minutes (pass the gas station, shopping center and a little bit more). After that when you see big brown sign with white letters PANSION PALUTE on your right, just turn right here and drive down the street, after about 250 meters you’ll see the house on your right.
