Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a lusciously green garden, Villa Maris' luxurious Apartments & Rooms accommodate all your holiday needs.
These modern, newly built (2018) villas are perfectly situated between Zrce Beach and Novalja's city center. Each Villa can accommodate up to 39 people across its spacious, terraced apartments and luxurious double rooms with balconies. Every unit is designed for maximum relaxation, comfort, and entertainment, providing our guests with free Wi-Fi, private parking lots as well as a swimming pool with a sun terrace and loungers. The guests can enjoy sports activities such as badminton, mini football and volleyball.
Supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops to the famous Zrce Beach are within 3 minutes' walking distance. The nearest beach is just a 15-minute walk away from the property.
