Located in the center of Zagreb, Court 5 apartments are well-equipped and are offering free high speed, quality WiFi. Located 500 meters from Zagreb Main Square and 300 meters from Zagreb Upper Town. All self-catering units are fitted with two satellite TV's, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking top, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, and an additional second toilet. A microwave and a coffee machine are also provided. St. Mark's Church and vibrant Cvjetni square are both just 400 meters from the apartments. Zagreb Airport can be reached by taxi in approximately 30 minutes. There are several public covered carparks close by, the nearest one less than 100m in Tuškanac 1b.

Court 5 offers six duplex apartments in central Zagreb in the elegant and quiet Dežmanova Street, which is located right between the nearby city center and the beautiful Tuškanac forest park. This means that our guests have easy access to the best that the center of Zagreb has to offer, as well as rich greenery and a peaceful forest environment.
Court 5 apartments are superbly decorated and furnished in collaboration with an experienced Croatian architect. Her professional contribution stands out in the maximum use of every inch of available space and the modern minimalist interior design. Each apartment consists of two floors equipped with modern furnishings made of high quality materials, and great attention is paid to decorations and details such as sculptures, reproductions of artworks and hand-painted furniture and textiles, which are the work of contemporary Croatian artists.
Each Apartment is arranged as follows:
Lower floor – fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV, pull-out bed for one person, toilet, dining table, coffee table, armchair and upholstered bench.
Upper floor – king size bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe, bathroom with shower and toilet, cosmetic table, full body mirror.

Dežmanova street is a hot spot in the city where you can find fashion boutiques, the perfume institute, the beautiful bars, famous cosmetic shops and many other interesting places. At the end of the Dežmanova street is the "Tuškanac cinema", which is one of the cultural icons of this city, and just after it you can dive into the gorgeous green environment for a walk in peace. Next door to the apartments you will find Dežman Bar, with a great offer of drinks, breakfast and meal menus. It is particularly pleasant for morning coffee.
