I bought this property specifically because of the location. Right in the heart of Rovinj Old Town, here you can view the sea, the islands, the luxury yachts, the market place. It was renovated in 2015 to a high standard and combines old with new in style. Using colours that are reminiscent of the sea, it has been tastefully decorated and features local original artwork. We love the apartment and hope you will too. Everything is on your doorstep, including the beaches.

Hi, I'm Lis, the owner and host for this lovely apartment. Rovinj has been my home for the last 15 years and for my children too. Property is my business, both selling and renting, so please feel free to contact me for either option. I really enjoy working with tourists who come to stay at my properties. It is great to meet other Nationalities and I take pride and pleasure in making sure all guests have a good time during their stay. I am happy to make recommendations and reservations for you for all activities.
In my free time I enjoy swimming in our beautiful sea, coastal walking, gym, biking and ski ing.
In Istria we have some amazing food both seafood and foods from the countryside, mushrooms,asparagus and truffles. The wines that are now produced in Istria are second to none, so please ask me for recommendations. The olive oil is also exceptional, make sure you take some home. Food and wine are also my passions in life!
The neighbour is the heart of the Old Town of Rovinj. It is a very safe area, even late at night. There are several shops close by including food, clothing, food markets and gift shops. the cinema is a couple of minutes away in conjunction with the local theatre. The apartment is very close to the harbour and there are always events going on in the town in the main holiday season. Look out for the massive firework display at the ned of the 3rd week of August, it is spectacular! For children there is a small park a few minutes away. There are many beaches in and around Rovinj for them to visit and the sea is very calm and safe. Some of the beaches have Aqua Parks too. There is also an outdoor swimming pool about 10 minutes walk away. Plenty
