150 m² brand new and luxury villa built with all superior standards (house & roof isolation, double glass, floor heating, reverse airco, mosquito nets etc.) and luxury equipment.
Both the villa & swimming pool are fully private - for you only. Peaceful lounge area and big barbecue with outside comfortable dining space for up to 12 people. There is also another barbecue (on gas) for the big terrace upstairs with a sitting area for 6 people (pergola).
Both living spaces upstairs and downstairs are equipped with flat screen LED TV's with home cinema (Bose and Onkyo) including local + international and French (TNT) channels + radio.
Very calm area (street with only 3 villa's) with 2 unspoiled bays and amazing beach at only 5 to 8 min. walk from the villa. Crystal clear waters all around Solta. Nice views from inside and outside the villa.
5 min. walk only to the nice fishermen's port (and ferry) and the restaurants in the neighborhood.
I'm living on the island and would be pleased to welcome you in this true paradise on earth I'm so proud of. . Solta is one of the most preserved islands from Dalmatia & the closest to Split. Its untouched natural beauty (no industry or mass tourism). will leave an indelible imprint on you. Here one can still experience the joy of a traditional way of life,

Nice restaurants with local Mediterranean cuisine in Rogac, Maslenica, Grohote, Gornje Selo, Necujam and Stomorska.
Daily fresh market in Grohote + bigger shops, cafe's & bars, "ambulanta" (small clinic with doctor, dentist and nurse), drugstore.
Split with its rich cultural heritage is at just 25 min. with the catamaran (2 / day) or 50 min. with the ferry (4 / day). You don't need the car, you leave Rogac and arrive in the middle of the touristic area of Split (so no hassle for car park).
The ideal place to visit Trogir, Omis, Klis, Solin, Sibenik, Makarska, the islands Vis (blue & green cave, Hvar, Brac etc. next to the natural and unspoiled beauties of the island which has remained authentic.
Sports activities on the island : tennis, diving (school), snorkeling, walking, bicycle, kayaking etc.
If you are looking for a romantic, quiet, resting, sportive holiday with your children and/or friends in the middle of nature, crystal clear waters far away from stress and mass tourism than you have found the right place.
If you are looking for discotheques, festivals, crowded areas, night and day activities, then you should rather choose Ciovo, Brac, Hvar and/or Split etc.
