Our Seaside11 apartment building is located on a hill in the village of Ribarica, approximately 30 meters from the sea, offering stunning views of the ocean and the Velebit Mountains in the background. The building comprises five modern apartments, each with 67 square meters of living space. Just 4 kilometers south lies the charming fishing village and now picturesque harbor town of Karlobag, with its cafes and restaurants, pebble beaches, ice cream parlors, and bars. All popular destinations (Tesla Museum, adventure camps, the city of Zadar, Gospić, etc.), nature parks and hiking areas (Paklenica, Velebit, and Plitvice Lakes), as well as the islands of Pag and Rab, are within easy driving distance.
