Sky Residence, a property consisting of two studio apartments, is located in center of Split, only 300 m from Diocletian's palace, which is under UNESCO's protection. The elegantly and designerly decorated rooms include air conditioning and free WiFi. Room amenities include a desk, a flat-screen LED TV with satellite channels, and a seating area. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. All rooms include an kitchen, minibar and safety deposit box, and some units include city views and a balcony.
Main bus and train station, and city ferry port are 900 meter away. From ferry port every day you can go to different islands. Also only 1,4 km away is the Forrest Marjan where you can relax, enjoy long walks, riding a bike and panoramic views to city and islands. While you are coming back from Marjan you can go trough oldest city neighborhood Varoš and Center, with a lot of narrow and thight street, with small stone houses. If you are up for swimming, on the west side of city you can find beautiful beaches Obojena Svjetlost and Kašjuni, and Bačvice, Firule and Žnjan od the east side. Depends about what you want, light walk, autenthical dalmatian dinner or just sightseeing, near by is Riva, main promenade by the sea, and Diocletian Palace with beautiful basement, and rise up to the belfry Saint Duje. If you are in romantic mood you can take a walk on recently renewed West Coast, which takes you to nice park Sustipan. Airport is 24 km away.
We are located on the 5th floor of a building in the very center of the city, without an elevator, so the accommodation is more suitable for younger people. We offer the possibility of carrying luggage for free with prior notice.
