The property is 20 km away from Zagreb city center (Jelačić square), 10 km away from Čatež aqua park in Slovenia (open and closed pools and complex). Also, this is fantastic area for hiking and cycling. The property itself has it's own entrance and complete privacy with it's own garden and private SPA (EXCLUSIVE USE of bath tub for 6 persons, sauna for 2 persons, bikes, relaxing chairs). JAKUZZI in SPA is of one of the best quality, HotSpring, made in USA, and the best in use for rental in Zagreb and around, reliable, always operational and very safe to use and also user friendly).The bathroom is very specious, same like sleeping room and leaving room. There is also a lobby with extra closet. SPA working hours is from 06:00 - 22:00. Also, it could be extended with extra charge. 10 Euro / hour.

Our neighborhood is the most posh in this area. It consists in past from old weekend houses in parts which are mostly replaced with residential houses, villas and estates. Just 200 m away there are two big estates from which one was in ownership of long term served president of ex Jugoslavija Tito and second one is in possession of the biggest real estate developer presently in Croatia.
