This is a rooftop apartment, located on the top of a family house. It has a private parking spot in front of the house and it has its own private entrance. This is a two bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and living room and a modern toilet and beautiful terrace with a great sea view. The apartment is completely new, finished this year, 2023.
My name is Luka, I am a late ninetys kid and I was born on the island of Brač. I grew up on the second floor of this family house, where my family still lives. I have an older brother and a small Jack Russel dog named Maša (like the kids movie we watched years ago). And also, I am currently studying maritime studies in Split. Besides that, I have my skippers licence and have boat tours all summer long. If you want, you can join me some day!
This neighbourhood is pretty quiet and family friendly. Puntinak is a small secluded village on the island of Brač where you can really just enjoy your holidays by relaxing and chilling on the beach or in our apartment. And if you want to be completey lazy and skip cooking dinner, you have a great restaurant directly below our house.
