A unique experience for you and your pets on a 1700 m2 property surrounded by authentic Mediterranean forest just 70 meters away from the beach and restaurants.
The house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation on a secluded 1700 m² plot located only 70 m from the seaside, where you can take a walk on the 3 km long coastal path and enjoy on one of many beaches, restaurants and bars. It provides complete privacy, peace and quiet. Diving center is in immediate vicinity.
The house is perfect for those who like to be surrounded by nature but also not too distanced from all the necessary facilities. The whole property is very quiet and private.
You may enjoy making field trips to islands that are close by like Krk, Cres or Rab. You may also want to visit the famous natural park Plitvička jezera which is 2 and a half hours away by car.
