Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. All rooms are fitted with a mini fridge and a flat-screen satellite TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some units have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A rich continental breakfast is served at the property in a common breakfast area, which is located in the cellar. The charming villa is close to a ski lift and the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy the garden while the children have fun at the playground. The property also offers a terrace.

My house is settled in the middle of the National Park Plitvice lakes. It`s surrounded with nature, beautiful garden, football field, restaurant and shop. It is only 2 km away from the entrance to the lakes. We do our best to provide the best service
Tourism is the best job a person can do. Renting the room for tourists means getting to know the whole world. Every person is different and you can learn so much from every single guest. Individual approach allows me to find out more about the world.
We live in a very peaceful neighborhood. You can wake up listening to birds, looking at a sunrise and enjoy fresh air. Right next to our house, there is a small restaurant. You can find shop, football field, post office, entrance and bus station near by.
