Villa Sea Level is situated in Medveja, Lovran. Medveja is one of the most famous beaches on the Adriatic. The villa is located just 500m from Medveja Beach and 200m from Cesara Beach. The villa has a stunning view of the islands Krk, Cres, and the entire Kvarner Bay, with great privacy in the garden and pool area. Also, the area around the villa is green, with lots of woods from Mount Učka, which is situated behind the house. Enjoy the fresh air from the sea and the nature park.Near the villa is the town of Lovran, 4 km away, and the city of Opatija, 9 km away. Opatija is known as the oldest tourist destination and summer residence of Austrian emperors. In that spirit, it has a lot of architecture reminiscent of those times, with many parks and castles.
