Property information
The house is build on a slope about 70m to the sea and 200m to the official beach. We provide free parking. Forget your daily stress at the beautiful infinity pool and our small private beach. In the evening you can grill and enjoy the panorama with the citylights mirroring in the water. A breathtakig view.
No (bachelor / bachelorette) parties.
Neighbourhood information
No neighbors but everything so close is not possible? It is with us. Our house is the only one on the east side of the bay. In the middle is one of croatian best beaches "Planjka Trincel" an on the west side ist "Stara Novalja". A small timeless place that provides you with everything you need. And if you are up for a shopping tour or a nice dinner, it's not far to "Novalja" (2.5km)
