Brand new luxury villa with private pool is located in the small town of Loborika, 6 km from Pula. Villa enjoys a quiet location that offers guests a pleasant holiday and relaxation. The ground floor of the villa has a bedroom with direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the pool, bathroom and open space that includes a living room, dinning room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender machine, toaster, hot air fryer, kettle and coffee machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a large double bed ( 180×200) and one bedroom has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with a swimming pool and two covered terraces where you can relax and enjoy complete privacy, and there is an outdoor dining area on the terrace. Villa Artis is fully air conditioned, has WiFi and parking for 2 cars and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. In addition, the location offers plenty of opportunities for cultural and gastronomic experiences, as well as opportunities for active holidays.

Loborika is a small quiet village belonging to the district of Marcana and is 6 km away from Pula. Away from the bustling tourist resorts, this is the right place to enjoy the peace and quiet. Within a radius of 10 kilometers there are many beautiful beaches. You can choose between rocky, pebble or sandy beaches. You can also explore the interior of Istria and its history, take a walk along the Stjepan Hauser trail, visit one of the many adrenaline or water parks or simply enjoy Istrian wines and gastronomic offer.
