Villa Azur is nestled in the picturesque village of Mlini, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from every corner of the property, surrounded by pristine natural beauty. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beaches and only 5 minutes from local bakeries and shops. We provide three fully equipped apartments spread across two floors (ground and first), accessible via external stairs, and comfortably accommodating 8 guests. The villa spans 150m² and includes: -5 Bedrooms -3 Kitchens -1 Living Room -3 Bathrooms -A spacious balcony on the first floor with magnificent sea views The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. Ground Floor: The ground floor features a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 guests, complete with a bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. The fully equipped kitchen is located right next to the apartment. Outdoor amenities include: -A barbecue area with shade -A dining area for 8 guests and a lounge area for 5 guests, both covered and outdoors -A private pool (6x4m), solar shower, and deck chairs. However, it’s important to note that Villa Azur guarantees complete privacy for all guests. The entire villa, including the pool area, is exclusively accessible to one group of guests at a time, ensuring a peaceful and intimate experience.

The beautiful beaches of Mlini and Srebreno are only a 10-minute walk from the villa, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing experience. Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town is just 15 minutes away by car or local bus.
