Villa Diva is a modern villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the village of Klimno on Krk Island. Surrounded by nature with stunning sea views, it’s ideal even in cooler months due to a heated pool and underfloor heating. The villa spans 220 square meters over two levels. The ground floor offers an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens to the terrace with a pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes a 65-inch satellite TV. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. The first floor features three additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and double bed. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace with views of Soline Bay. All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests are provided with fresh towels, linens, and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area includes a heated pool with loungers and seating, a gas grill, and parking for four cars. Although it’s part of a semi-detached building, the villa is fully fenced for privacy. Klimno is known for its clear sea, therapeutic mud, and beautiful beaches. The area offers hiking, cycling, and local restaurants serving fresh fish and regional dishes.

By the pool eight sun chairs and a comfortable lounge sofa are waiting for you to enjoy the sun. If you like to grill, a gas grill is at your disposal. In front of the house is a spacious parking area for four cars. From the parking lot you can also access a handy storage room with washing machine, which is used only by guests of Villa Diva. Even though Villa is a Semi-Detached house, you will have a feeling of living in a standalone house. Outside of the house is completely fenced, so your privacy is guaranteed.
