The Villa is located in a residential area of Split , only 400 meters away from the beach and less then 1 kilometer of the most famous Diocletians Palace in the old town. It's one of the oldest and most popular neighbourhoods in the city, close to Firule beach and the cities most popular sand beach Bacvice as well great bars and restaurants
