The villa consists of a comfortable living / dining area with a kitchen opening out to a spacious garden terrace and swimming pool area on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom and a double room on the same floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa is air-conditioned throughout, has a private swimming pool and two parking places.
