As a retired architect, I've taken care to craft a cozy yet authentic space that retains the character of the traditional Dalmatian house. I'm more than happy to offer advice on local historic and architectural landmarks if guests are interested. With ample time on my hands, I'm fully dedicated to catering to our guests' needs and desires, whether it's providing information on nearby excursions, recommending restaurants and attractions, or simply engaging in friendly conversation. The Villa is placed in the beautiful and peaceful village Grgurići, in Slano bay with 5 km long costal walking or biking line. The nearest beach is within 200 meters. Slano is 700m away with all necessities: market, ambulance, post office, harbour, marina, cafes and restaurants. We are 30 km from Dubrovnik, 15 km from Ston, 15 km to harbour for island Mljet and the winery road on Pelješac peninsula. The locality is celebrated for its exclusive Ston oysters and mussels, the well-regarded wines produced by esteemed wineries on the Pelješac peninsula, and the availability of locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, and an array of restaurants in the vicinity.
