It has four bedrooms each with its own ac unit, four bathrooms, billiard room, outside terrace and four balconies.
Beautiful Firule beach is just 3 min walk, and famous Bacvice beach just 6 min walk.
It's in a great location to explore everything Split has to offer, just 6 min from the nightlife and 12 min from the Split promenade.
Despite closeness to buzz of the city, it's in a quiet neighbourhood so you'll have a quiet sleep.
We give a parking spot too.
