Just 20 metres from the beach with free deckchairs and parasols for its guests, Villa Vrgorac also offers an on-site à la carte restaurant and a bar. It features air-conditioned studios with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The town of Orebić is 3 km away. All studios comprise a seating area, satellite TV and a kitchenette. Each comes with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and free toiletries. Buffet-style breakfast is served in a building right next to the property. Fish picknicks can be arranged with the owner. Daily cleaning is provided and towels are changed each day. Free private parking is possible on site. A local bus stop is 10 metres away, while a bus station can be found in Orebić. The nearest grocery store is 150 metres away. Boat rental and surf centre are at a distance of 250 metres. Three times per day there is a boat going to Korčula Island. Boat pier is 300 metres from the Villa Vrgorac and Korčula Island is 2.5 km away.

Villa Vrgorac is located in an idyllic position only 20 m from the sea.
All apartments have an, toilet with shower, balcony, air conditioning, internet access, TV-SAT. A parking space is provided for all vehicles, while guests can swim on the well-maintained beach with the possibility of using sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a storage room for surfing equipment.
Breakfast is included in the price. Other meals are available a la carte in the Vrgorac restaurant.

Apartments in a group which is a restaurant "VRGORAC" are situated directly on a sea shore and their family tradition as well as gastronomic tradition is well known in this area.
Winds which are very complementary for windsurf are attractive for the guests who are enjoying that sport, and following the wind they are coming to this small village located on south side of Pelješac peninsula, on the foot of St. Elijah hill. The St. Elijah hill is great for hiking tours especially in June and September.

PERNA is a small and quiet tourist resort situated at the south-western part of the Pelješac peninsula, at the bottom of mountain Sv Ilija (961 m high), 3 kilometers west of the town of Orebić and 3 kilometer east of the town of Viganj. Right across the sea it faces the historic town of Korčula. Perna is famous for its beautiful long sandy beaches, secluded bays and crystal clear sea.
