Quietly located in the tourist area of Medulin just 30 metres from the sea, Villa San Rocco Bed&Breakfast offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and balcony. A private bathroom and refrigerator are features of the accommodation. The property features a swimming pool on the roof terrace with panoramic views over Medulin Bay. Guests can dine at Bed&Breakfast Villa San Rocco's restaurant and enjoy a drink at the bar or on it's large terrace. The local bus station is 100 metres away. Summer social events are frequently organised at the Riva Promenade, where guests can also find a number of tourist stands offering excursions.

We are small B&B and our idea is to offer very private experience to our guest. Our idea is to offer good and clean room and good breakfast after which you can spend all day exploring our beautiful region or simply enjoy on the see.
My name is ROCCO, and with my daughters DONI and LEO we are trying to provide comfortable stay at our Bed & Breakfast. We love to travel and want to provide our guests same experience what we are looking when we traveling: good, safe and comfortable background for all activities during the holidays.
Depending on the interests you have here you can find a lot to see and experience: Historical buildings and places, water sports or underwater, a handful of bicycle and pedestrian trails along the coast, riding, tenis, golf .... tasting of good food and vine or olive oil. Something for everyone for sure. Medulin have a beautiful coastline and numerous islands scattered around it. The most famous beach is Bijeca which extends one kilometer along the coast. The beach is sandy with a nice entrance into the sea, suitable for children and seniors. Above the beach you can find a place in the shade of trees while on this beach you can spend the whole day.
