The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorisation of an amount prior to arrival. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours.
The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the reservation. If payment is to be made via a third party credit card, please contact the hotel reservations team to arrange payment via a secure online payment link. This must be done no later than 7 days prior to arrival. There is a maximum limit of EUR 500 per reservation.
