This cozy, characterful and professionally designed house is set in the heart of the beautiful Georgian heritage town of Birr.
It’s location is perfectly set a short walk from beautiful Oxmantown Square and steps from the castle wall . The back side of the property faces the lovely tree lined Oxmantown town mall, with its row of stunning Georgian homes parading up to the dramatic Castle entrance. Stop for lunch or coffee at the Stables before taking a stroll in the famous Birr Castle gardens
I am available by text to guests for any questions and special requests and strive to respond very quickly, while Toma , the wonderful lady who manages the property for me and lives very close by, is always available to help with any immediate needs
There are so many things to do in this beautiful area and feel free to ask for any recommendations drowning on your interests
Safe and friendly with lots of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The property is seconds from beautiful Birr castle, and a short drive to the shannonside villages of Banagher and Shannon Harbour, the majestic Slieve Bloom mountains, and the stunning Lough Boora Parklands . Birr Equestrian center and Golf and tennis clubs are very local...
Town center location. Fun to walk or cycle locally. Daily bus service to Galway and Dublin .
