This a relatively new property decorated and maintained to a very high standard. It is located next door to the Hillgrove Hotel and within a ten minute walk of Monaghan town centre. The premises is located along the Monaghan Town Greenway opening easy access to all local attractions, restaurants, bars, museum and landmarks. Being located close to the border [3 kms], it is an ideal base for touring Northern Ireland.
