Please note that a photo ID (a passport, a driver's license, or an EU National ID) is required at check-in. Payment should be made via credit card corresponding to the name on the booking.

The cancellation period is 3 days before your arrival. If you cancel within the cancellation period, you will be charged your full reservation. Please be aware that if you fail to show up for your reservation, you will not receive a refund.

No-show reservations are charged the same as late cancellations, the full price of your stay.

For Groups of 8 or more, different booking policies and terms apply. The outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. All payments are Non-Refundable.

For group bookings of 4 people or more, a refundable security deposit may be required. This is payable on arrival by a pre-authorisation on a credit card and is fully refundable on departure, subject to adherence to house rules.

All reservations are charged 2 days before arrival as per the cancellation policy, we do not take cash payment.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Please note that guests under 18 are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room only with a sharing adult. (Booking a shared dorm will result in a cancellation fee.)

Tampering with any fire equipment will result in an immediate expulsion from the hostel along with the fee to fix any such equipment.

Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of EUR 150.

Towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 3 per towel.

Alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the property.

The property's reception is open 24 hours.
