Laune View at Tullig House & Farm in Beaufort, Killarney is located just off the Ring of Kerry and overlooks the River Laune while being nestled underneath the McGillycuddy Reeks. The newly renovated lodge forms part of Tullig House and is set in the heart of a rural farm with private river access and bohereen walks. Situated between the towns of Killarney and Killorglin in the Reeks District, this unique place has something for everyone. Tullig House first opened its doors as a family run B&B in 1960 and now returns in part. The rear river view wing of the original property now titled Laune View has been carefully renovated and restored to the highest of standards to provide a luxurious 2 bed lodge with a contemporary twist and all that modern living has to offer within a timeless property. Please be aware that Laune View is elevated and as such front door access is by three steps. A handrail is provided but this may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The private location provides for a tranquil rural haven while also being close by to all that the area has to offer. The lodge comprises of 2 bedrooms both with King Size beds. Guests will have access to the entire lodge, garden area and their own private patio overlooking the River Laune to the rear. The garden area is partly shared with the sister Airbnb Debbie's Cottage to the front of the property. Private access to the river is complimentary for fishing and guests are welcome to observe the animals and day to day workings of the dairy farm.
