A Beautiful detached home on a private estate on the edge of Listowel Town, roughly a 20 minute walk into town. I have 3 rooms available and they each have a separate listing. This one is for the Twin Bedroom. This is a twin bedroom, with two single beds, a desk and chair and a shared bathroom. The garden has a pergola attached to the back door which allows all weather garden use. Smoking is permitted in the back garden. The Rooms have comfortable beds, with top of the range mattresses and bed linen. These rooms are specially designed for guests use, no one else uses them at all. Each room has a wardrobe for your use and a cosy armchair. While my home is not perfect, probably in need of decoration, it's clean and quiet, with only myself, family members and other guests around the property.

Sli Na Speire is a small, quiet, private estate. We are a short work into town. We have a Lidl and an Aldi within walking distance or 5 minutes in the car. Listowel began as a Celtic settlement, Lios Tuathal. Today, it is more famous for the big, fun and welcoming festivals: Listowel Writers’ Week, the Listowel Races, Listowel Food Fair, Revival and more. It is home to St. John’s Theatre and Arts Centre located in the Square. An ongoing programme of theatre, films, music, song and dance plus visual art exhibitions featuring national and international artists. Mike the Pies, the music venue is a short walk away. Check out the many bands that play there. There are plenty of places to see and visit around Listowel. Whether you love hiking or cycling, Listowel is a region where hidden gems are waiting to be explored and visited. Ballybunion, is a short drive away, beautiful beaches and stunning views. Buses in the Square take you to Tralee hourly, where you can get buses to Dingle and the Ring of Kerry which are also within travelling distance in a car.
