Sallins Loft is a newly built apartment at the old grain store on the waterfront in Sallins.
Skipper on the Sallins Passenger Barge and owner of the Roisin Dubh Houseboat.
Sallins is where trade on the Grand Canal first began when passenger and cargo barges started hauling their horse drawn loads between the small Kildare village and Dublin in 1780.
Today Sallins is a bustling inland harbour village with 4 award winning restaurants & bars on the waterfront, and an array of boats, barges, houseboats and a brewery. It is 30 mins from Dublin city center with trains from the capital every hour.
