Renovat el juny de 2013, l'Addar Hotel té una ubicació excel·lent, a mig camí entre el centre modern i la ciutat vella de Jerusalem. Aquest hotel boutique de gestió familiar ofereix Wi-Fi gratuïta i un gimnàs. L'edifici original de l'hotel, del segle XIX, va ser completament reconstruït el 1997, conservant l'entrada i la façana originals. Les habitacions de l'Addar disposen de balcons i/o finestres franceses. Algunes habitacions inclouen una banyera d'hidromassatge. Les muralles de la ciutat vella són a 5 minuts a peu i la catedral de Sant Jordi és a només 2 minuts a peu de l'hotel.
