Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. Please note that the outdoor pool at the rooftop is not handicap accessible, as there is no elevator. Please note that this is a non-kosher property and have no Shabbat elevator When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
Please also note that room check-out includes vacating all hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and public areas. Access to the rooftop pool is permitted only after room check-in.
