i am amir ezer, 47 year old from tel aviv, married with one baby. i own a bar for 11 years and in the past year i am hosting guest in apartments i managing. i like to meet new people and of course old guest. I always try to keep every guest satisfied and happy that they choose my place to host in.

The apartments are managed in a homely way, if you are looking for a hotel this is NOT the place.
I use homely sheets like one you would have in your own house. I clean, do the laundry, service 24 hours by my self.
there is coins in a bowl in the entrace, umbrella in the hallway and coffee and suger in the kitchen, everything to make you feel right at home.
The apartment comes with a TV with Various channels and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for an entire family. The apartments equipped with free Wi-Fi

Set on the corner of Ben Yehuda Street and Alenby Street, the apartment is right next to the beach and in the heart of tel aviv.
In the center of tel aviv you will find many bars, clubs, 24 hours resturants and local food, all with in less then 5 minutes walk.
all the young people from all the citys around tel aviv like to go out to that area so you will see many people on the street especially on weekend when people go out untill 4 and 5 am in the morning.
Most of the residents are young people who work in this area of the city.
the carmel market is only 4 minutes walk away, 8 minutes walk to Dizengoff Center, the old city of Jaffa is a 20-minute walk and you see the sea from the entrance to the building.
the stairway is currently renovating but that has nothing to do with the apartments and the renovation will be completed in the next coming weeks.
