יש המון שטח עם חניה פרטית, סלון מרווח מאוד ושני חדרי שינה גדולים.
מחוץ לבית יש מתחם ישיבה גדול, ועוד חצר מהממת ומרווחת עם מנגל מוכן לשימוש.
בנוסף, באזור יש הרבה נחלים – שזה פלוס ענק. המחיר בהחלט משתלם.
