Tämä ylellinen kylpylähotelli sijaitsee Canaan-vuoren huipulla ja tarjoaa tennis- ja koripallokentät sekä hyvinvointikeskuksen, jossa on puoliolympiakokoinen sisäuima-allas, saunoja, poreallas ja hammam. Canaan Spa -hotellin huoneet ovat tyylikkäitä ja tilavia, ja niissä on ylelliset kankaat ja huolella valitut huonekalut. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi, ilmainen Wi-Fi ja taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla. Hotelli tarjoaa yhteensä 15 kauneushoitoa sekä hengellisiä luentoja ja taidetyöpajoja. Kuntosalin ja kaikkien urheilutilojen käyttö on ilmaista. Siellä on myös synagoga. Aamiaista on tarjolla päivittäin klo 10.30 asti. Vieraat voivat nauttia herkullisia aterioita gourmet-ravintolassa sekä ilmaisia yrttiteetä ja tuoreita hedelmiä aulassa. Hotellista on näkymät Safedin vanhaankaupunkiin, ja se sijaitsee lähellä Galileanmerta. Se on loistava tukikohta Pohjois-Israelin retkille.
Erityisesti pariskunnat pitävät sijainnista – he antoivat sille pisteiksi 9,4.
