一、二樓都有有公用廚房和公用冰箱，基本鍋碗瓢盆都有，油鹽調味料齊全。
熱水很熱。水壓很足夠。盥洗用品需要自己準備。
休息區分別為一樓大廳和頂樓。網路速度快。
有提供免費的茶、咖啡、糖。
還有一個架子專門放Share-food。有需要都可以自行拿取，有用不完的也可以留在架子上供其他人使用。」

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
A surcharge of ILS 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When booking for more than 8 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
