The unit is central with a shared entrance on ground floor. the unit contains a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave and a washing machine. Also, a large dining table, chairs a double bed and a new closet. The unit is renovated. A brand new Railway train reaches this neighbourhood (Pisgat Ze'ev) in addition to bus facilities.
There is a mall and a community centre, a swimming pool a, post office, banks etc.. The neighbourhood is quiet, not on the main road and with many parking.
