We are a small family run place, which allows us to keep our personal touch on everything: cooking, maintenance, and above all - the service and the interaction with our guests. We bought the property few years ago after having enough of the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv area, and came with our children from the center of Israel to Arad. Looking backwards, we realize it was very wise to leave our careers behind and turning to do what we really love. Loving what we do seems to be the secret of it. Our experience as travelers allows both to to meet travelers' needs (and wishes) and to help our guests to make the best out of your visit to our amazing region.

We are a married couple, proud parents of 2 kids, at our mid 40', and Yehelim is our baby. Though her higher education was in Middle East and Arab Literature studies, Gali worked all the years as Senior Manager. Gili Was a travel journalist for many years, focusing manly on nature preservation issues. He is still a gregarious nature enthusiast (not to say a tree huger), who's happy to go out to the desert anytime. Gali's main interest are people and her biggest hobby is to look (yeh, here) for the best place to stay around the world. Both of us enjoy cooking and baking, and - whenever possible - traveling with the kids.

Arad is a lovely town, located in the desert 1,000m above the Dead Sea. That means a great climate, dry but not as hot as the Dead Sea Valley. Around Arad there is a variety of hiking biking and jeep trails and tourist sites - s.a. the Dead Sea, Masada, Tel Arad and Yatir Forest. Some of the trails are starting almost at our doorstep.
