I was born and brought up in a village called Thiruvilwamala, Thrissur district of Kerala. This place is 50 km from Thrissur and 30 km from Palakkad. Thiruvilwamala Home stay house boasts of a history of almost 70 years and its walls are made of mud blocks, which were the building material used in the olden days. The house is surrounded by many coconut and eucalyptus trees which add to the beauty of the place. The wooden ceilings and windows lend an old world charm to this holiday home.
