Early check-in depends on availability. If you plan to arrive before 7:00 AM, please book your stay from the previous night to guarantee a room.

We do not allow guests with local IDs (from the same city as the hostel).

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 years old, even if they are with guardians.

Private rooms are designed for two guests only, and we’re unable to provide extra beds or mattresses.

Dorms are gender-specific (Mixed, Male-Only, or Female-Only). Please check carefully before booking, as we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect selections.

Toiletries are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own.

We offer free Wi-Fi (up to 2GB per user per day). If you need more, additional data will be charged.

Our café is open 24/7, so you’ll always have access to food and drinks. To keep things tidy, outside food and beverages are not allowed.

We maintain a no-alcohol policy for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. All rooms, including dorms and private rooms, are strictly non-smoking.

Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels low during silent hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Parking is limited, so if you’re bringing a vehicle, please contact us in advance. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for vehicle safety or belongings left inside.

Pets are welcome in private rooms only (and not in dorms) at a small charge of INR 500 + GST per pet per day (one pet per room). We kindly ask pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets.

Heaters are available on request for private rooms to keep things cozy. Dorms, however, do not include heaters.

For your convenience, lockers are available. Please use them to store valuables, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

If you lose a locker key, a replacement fee of INR 500 + GST will apply.

Many of our hostels use digital door locks that work with a smartphone app (iOS/Android). Please ensure you have a smartphone to access your room.

We kindly ask guests to take care of hostel property. Any damages will be charged accordingly.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, unlawful activities such as gambling, drug use, and illegal trade are strictly prohibited. Guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

To keep our spaces clean, we request that you avoid eating inside dorms and private rooms.
